Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Guest

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the booking date will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the booking date will receive an 85% refund.
• Cancellations made 10 to 14 days before the booking date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made 3 to 9 days before the booking date will receive a 10% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the booking date will not be eligible for a refund.

2. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive for your booking without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation by Us

In rare cases where we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions or safety concerns), guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation. Transaction charges, if any, may be deducted.
