Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 01 Jan 20251. Cancellation by Guest
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the booking date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the booking date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the booking date will not be eligible for a refund.
2. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive for your booking without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
3. Cancellation by Us
In rare cases where we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns), guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their booking.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation. Transaction charges, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.
